Workshops

Have the chance to experience hands-on practical workshops, covering many different areas, to allow you to further your skills as a photographer.

Talks

Enjoy illustrated talks by guest speakers and accomplished photographers about a variety of topics throughout the year to be inspired or learn something new.

Summer Outings

Get some fresh air! Walks are organised over the summer months predominantly for members to bring their camera and shoot varying subjects.

Competitions

Challenge yourself by entering our competitions through the year and receive valuable guidance and feedback to help you develop your photography.

The Saltburn Photographic Society was founded in 1960 with an aim to promote the art of Photography, which it continues to do today. Membership of the Society is open to everyone interested in photography.

The Society is especially keen to encourage young people. We are a friendly club, with members who have various levels of experience ranging from the absolute beginner through to photographers with nationally-recognised distinctions.

Our club is focused on providing a high-quality level of service to its members through regular meetings and photographic trips and events. The club programme has many varied activities that aim to meet all of our members needs and interests.
